The Dial Out of Queue Lists form is used to assign destination DNs to dialpad keys (0-9, #,or *); a caller waiting in queue after calling an endpoint, ring group or console, can dial out of the queue during or between RAD messages to connect to a destination DN by pressing the corresponding dialpad key.
Only endpoints, ring groups or consoles that support Call Coverage Services allow callers to dial out of the queue.

The Dial Out of Queue Lists form is similar to the ACD Path Interflow Dialing Lists form, while the former is used to program single digit keys for calls made to set endpoints, ring groups, or consoles that have Call Coverage Services enabled, the latter is used to program single digit keys for calls made to an ACD Path.
Form sharing option for the Dial Out of Queue Lists form is turned on by default.
Deleting a DN from the User and Services Configuration form across the cluster deletes it from the Dial Out of Queue Lists form.
