Dial Out of Queue Lists

Purpose

The Dial Out of Queue Lists form is used to assign destination DNs to dialpad keys (0-9, #,or *); a caller waiting in queue after calling an endpoint, ring group or console, can dial out of the queue during or between RAD messages to connect to a destination DN by pressing the corresponding dialpad key.

Only endpoints, ring groups or consoles that support Call Coverage Services allow callers to dial out of the queue.

Number indicating Dial Out of Queue List instance. This field's value is non-programmable, and can be selected only from the table above. The valid range of values is from 1 through 500.

Digit N - Redirection Digits

Destination number (1 to 7 digits in length)  that is dialed when the caller presses the N key, where N is 0-9, #,or *.  The Redirection Digits are verified when you commit the form.

The following DNs cannot be programmed as destinations for this field:

  • ACD Agent ID

  • ACD Agent Skill Group

  • Page Group

Digit N - Name

Read-only field that displays the Name from the Telephone Directory form corresponding to the number specified in the Digit N - Redirection Digits field for a digit, N. If the Digit N - Redirection Digits field corresponds to a speedcall number, then the programmed name in the Telephone Directory form is displayed.
